Chevron channels provide bi-directional gradient flow - medial to lateral and distal to proximal, from ankle to midthigh. The bi-directional gradient follows MLD concepts directing fluid to the collateral lymphatic pathways. This design has been substantially redesigned since it was originally patented. A more defined ankle provides enhanced definition and greater comfort.
